THE ROADMAP FOR A DEVELOPMENT

 

Using the approved project program as a guide, LQI’s Planners begin development of a Project Master Plan. The master planning process is an involved process and includes the study of land use and zoning requirements, road systems, vehicular and pedestrian planning, emergency access, and project related infrastructure including water, power and sewer.

 

The Master Plan illustrates the relation between all of the proposed project components, utility areas, and existing development and serves as the Road Map for the Development.
