ESTABLISHING THE CONTENT OF A DEVELOPMENT

 

Programming is one of the most important factors in a project’s success. Every Developer is confronted with the challenge of determining what kind of project should be developed. Should it be a theme park, a cultural park or attraction, an entertainment based tourist destination, a mixed-use development or perhaps something else?

 

LQI’s project team carefully reviews the results of the Market Assessment and develops an initial program of components for the project with related sizing requirements.

 

The Program is comprised of attractions, shows, food & beverage, merchandise and back-of-house requirements, that will deliver the necessary guest experience, achieve the desired length of stay and spending targets, and stimulate repeat visits.  Once approved by the Client, the program is used as a guide by LQI’s designers and planners to develop a unique, exciting, and sustainable design.
