LQI organizes its work into three sectors: Theme Parks & Attractions, Entertainment Developments and Tourism Destinations.
Theme Parks
LQI designs and plans theme parks, culture parks, amusement parks, water parks and themed entertainment complexes. These entertainment destinations can range in size from a few acres or hectares to over 300 acres or more. The determination as to what type of theme park project to develop is dependent upon a number of criteria, including the client's development objectives, development budget, competition and target market. LQI works closely with clients to determine the type of project most suitable for development.
Attractions
Attractions are entertainment offerings that are designedto attract visitors to a particular location and provide an appropriate guest experience, extend lengths of stay and stimulate increases in per-capita spending. Entertainment destinations encompass a variety of projects that can include entertainment based retail and mixed-use develoments, casinos, stand alone entertainment complexes, sports venues, as well as others. Destination projects refer to developments where the guest is expected to make a conscious decision to visit the development, and an appropriate mix of entertainment based options are offered.
