Leisure Quest assists foreign governments, tourism bureaus as well as both public and private tourism developers in identifying, planning, designing, and operating tourism attractions and developments. 

From tourism and leisure development planning and design to operations planning and project finance, we provide a comprehensive program of services for a variety of Clients including foreign governments, tourism bureaus, state-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 corporations and both public and private developers. 
 
Our development teams are led by industry veterans and acknowledged experts in tourism, leisure and entertainment development.  With headquarters located in Universal City, California (adjacent to Universal Studios) we offer Clients a dedicated staff of tourism, leisure and entertainment design and operations experts. Our Universal City office is supported by our Asia Pacific headquarters located in Beijing, China.
