Attractions are key to any successful tourism development program. Our professionals, working closely with Clients and trusted associates, develop an initial market study that identifies the attraction opportunities in a particular market. This data serves as the foundation for the attraction development effort and ensures that the proposed concept design and master plan achieve development objectives while taking into consideration local market nuances.

As part of our evaluation of the attraction mix in a particular market, we undertake an Entertainment Component Analysis. This analysis, exclusively developed by Leisure Quest, ensures that those activities and entertainment components necessary to achieve the desired entertainment experience are incorporated into the development. The analysis also ensures that the desired length of stay targets can be achieved while identifying opportunities for additional entertainment features.
