Owner Representation
Leisure Quest works closely with clients as a Mentor and Advisor to provide hands-on expertise in all phases of a project’s development.  Services include assisting owners with the selection of design and planning consultants, architects, engineering firms and other specialty consultants as well as regular reviews of work product from the various consultants.

Market Assessments
Leisure Quest professionals are capable of undertaking comprehensive reviews and developing detailed analysis of markets. Leisure Quest also advises Clients on those issues affecting the feasibility of projects, including projection of attendance, revenues & expenses,  as well as development of financial operating projections.

Operation and Marketing planning
Operational input during the pre-design, design and post design phases of developments is critical to a projects success. Leisure Quest advisors address park and attraction capacities, facility sizing requirements, and other operational considerations throughout the various phases of a project’s development.

Operational Planning
Leisure Quest conducts detailed reviews of all project operational issues, including operating performance standards, development of operating schedules, staffing requirements and training, operational expenses and general and administrative requirements, budgets and operations policies and manuals.

Management Systems
Leisure Quest management professionals develop procedures for theme park, water park and attraction ticketing systems, cash control, warehousing, finance and project-wide security systems.

Recruitment and Training
Development of organizational charts, management and staff requirements, recruitment procedures and training programs for a wide variety of leisure, entertainment and tourism attractions and developments.

Marketing Plans & Strategies
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies including advertising and PR programs for a wide variety of projects including theme parks, water parks, museums, science centers and tourist attractions.

Ticket Sales Program
Development of ticket sales plans and strategies including VIP, Group and Season Pass programs, systems, and providers.

Sponsorships and Relationship Marketing
Provide expert advice on sponsorship and affinity marketing programs, assist in the development of presentation packages and supervise implementation of programs.

Pre-Opening Management
Recruitment of management personnel and project related staff.  Development and implementation of training programs, development of project related budgets, and management of preopening activities.

Post Opening Management and Operations
Provide expert on-going, day-to day management services as well as hourly consulting services on both short and long term contracts.
